HOKUO "Uji Matcha and Hokkaido Black Bean Danish"

At the bakery shop "HOKUO", the "local specialty fair" is being held until June 25th. Seven bread items are on sale for a limited time.

From Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka in the south, this is a fair where you can enjoy local specialties from all over the country with bread. Among the breads in the 7 areas, there are also products using the specialty products "Kanefuku Mentaiko" and "Shonan Shirasu" that have many fans. In addition, collaboration products that combine specialty products such as "Shinshu milk" and "Hokkaido milk cream" are also on sale.

[Kanagawa] Shonan Shirasu Pizza is a fluffy dough topped with Shonan Shirasu and cheese and baked. The salt sauce and green laver applied to the finish further enhance the deliciousness of the shirasu. The price is 210 yen (tax included, same below).

[Kyoto with Hokkaido] Danish pastry of Uji matcha and Hokkaido black beans-with Uji matcha coubel chocolate-is a Danish pastry with Uji matcha paste, plump black beans from Hokkaido, and Uji matcha chocolate that is baked with a rich flavor. The price is 190 yen.
