"Valentine Fair" is being held until February 14th at each Hokuo Tokyo store. Five limited-edition breads such as "chocolate macadamia" are on sale.

Chocolate macadamia was also sold at the 2015 Valentine's Fair and was so popular that it sold 40,000 pieces a month. The dough is slowly fermented for 3 hours, mixed with chocolate and macadamia nuts, and baked. You can enjoy the elasticity and rich flavor of the fluffy dough, the elegant sweetness of chocolate, and the aroma and texture of nuts.

At the same time, "New Belgian chocolate" with chocolate melted in a crispy Danish pastry, "3 kinds of nuts cinnamon rolls" with walnuts, macadamia nuts and almonds, and chocolate and plain whipped cream sandwiched in coppe bread. Double chocolate roll is also available.


In addition, there is also a "brilliant cutlet sandwich" sandwiched between thick and soft pork cutlets.
