The butter sand specialty store "PRESS BUTTER SAND" will open on April 27 at the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station.

The signature product is a butter sandwich cookie that has been developed to enjoy the taste of butter itself, using plenty of "fresh butter" from Hokkaido. Thick butter cream and smooth butter caramel are sandwiched between crispy cookies.

The store is "integrated with a workshop". At the store, you can see how cookies are pressed and the process of filling butter cream.


There are two types of butter sandwich cookies, freshly baked and long-lasting boxed products. Prices start at 150 yen per piece of "freshly baked butter sand" (tax included, same below), and assortment starts at 900 yen for 6 pieces.

The store is located in JR Tokyo Station, 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 22:00.
