The aromatic Uji matcha and amanatto made from Hokkaido Dainagon azuki beans are generously mixed into the butter cream, giving it the elegant sweetness and aroma of matcha and the unique "crunchiness" of amanatto. The secret of the delicious taste is the cookie, which is made by kneading rice flour and green tea into a dough and baking it in an original press to create a "crunchy and soft" texture.
