"Pressed Butter Sandwich Gallery" is a premium line of "Press Butter Sandwich" that offers more luxurious tastes and aromas created by "combining ingredients" that have never been available in conventional butter sandwiches. There will be two permanent stores: "Press Butter Sand Gallery Shibuya Tokyu Food Show Store" and "Press Butter Sand Gallery/Press Butter Sand Tenjin Underground Mall Store" (as of April 2023).

Butter Sandwich〈White〉

White Chocolate Caramel is made with milky white chocolate that melts at body temperature and the addition of Dillon Trevue Rum〈V.S.O.P.〉, a premium liquor. Organic vanilla bean paste is kneaded into the cookie dough to enhance the deliciousness of the white chocolate caramel with the sweet aroma of vanilla and the mellow flavor of rum.

Based on the selection criteria of melt-in-your-mouth chocolate that does not melt at an outside temperature of 25 degrees Celsius but melts in the mouth (about 36 degrees Celsius), milky, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate made with Colombian cocoa butter was selected. The unusual combination of white chocolate, caramel, and rum creates a long-lasting aftertaste.

Actual Tasting

The white box, named after the product name, and the luxurious pearl-white individual packages are elegantly designed. The simple and sophisticated packaging is perfect for gift-giving. The individual packages are also white.



The savory cookie dough crumbles as you bite into it, and white chocolate caramel overflows from within! The cookies are luxurious and delicious, with a vanilla aroma, milky richness, and rich rum flavor. The cookie and filling are a perfect match!
