"Egg" finally opens its first store in Japan in Ikebukuro
The cafe restaurant "egg" from Brooklyn, New York will open its first overseas store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo on April 21st.
egg is a restaurant where you can enjoy a menu centered on home-cooked dishes from the southern part of the United States. At the main store in Brooklyn, the signature menu "Eggrosco" with crispy brioche bread entwined with thick eggs and white cheddar cheese, and the crispy surface and fluffy "French toast" are popular.

At the Ikebukuro store, we plan to develop original dishes that were jointly developed by the chef at the main store and the chef at the Tokyo store. It seems that a menu using seasonal ingredients will be offered.
The store is located at 2-37-4 Nishiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 21:00.
