Bourbon will release "Pearl Chocolat Franboise" and "Pearl Chocolat Passion Fruit", which express "beauty and deliciousness", on March 21st. Each comes in 8 pieces, and the estimated price is 200 yen (excluding tax).

The "Pearl Chocolat" series is a bonbon chocolate made by wrapping fruit-scented ganache chocolate in brightly colored white chocolate. By adopting white chocolate, it seems that it is finished in a beautiful coloring with gradation.


Franboise is a sweet and sour fruit ganache chocolate made from Franboise juice and Boysenberry juice wrapped in gorgeous berry-colored chocolate. Passion fruit, on the other hand, is made by wrapping smooth fruit ganache chocolate with refreshing passion fruit juice in tropical orange chocolate.
