A tart made by sandwiching a refreshingly sour strawberry jam in a cheese tart dough with strawberry puree and topping it with plenty of marshmallows. To finish off, a strawberry sauce with a crushed texture is applied. The fragrant sweetness of fluffy roasted marshmallows and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries are delicately overlapped. The size is about 15 cm in diameter.
