Tiramisu with Dawn!
Korean dessert cafe Sorbin Harajuku (Harajuku, Tokyo) and Sorbin Tenjin (Tenjin, Fukuoka) will sell the seasonal menu "Tiramisu Sorbin" from February 13th to February 28th. The price is 1,300 yen (tax included, same below).
This is a menu of bittersweet cocoa powder, plenty of fresh cream, and tiramisu on top of fluffy milk shaved ice like powder snow. Enjoy with the espresso provided with it. It has a high-impact visual and is very popular in Korea. Offer only eat-in.
During the same period, the "Chocolate Festival" with a chocolate-based menu was held. In addition to tiramisu sorbin, chocolate sorbin (1,300 yen) and chocolate honey butter toast (850 yen) are offered.
