NY Brooklyn restaurant "egg" landed in Japan for the first time!

The first overseas expansion of the New York Brooklyn restaurant "egg" will open in April in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.

The restaurant offers a traditional Southern American breakfast and brunch menu all day long. Focusing on dishes of fresh eggs caught at local farms, we offer French toast, country biscuits, and "Eggrosco", which is made by wrapping a soft-boiled egg in Danish pastry and baking it with cheddar cheese.
