Hard Rock Cafe has a strong image of lively meat dishes, but this time we will introduce a vegetarian menu for customers who visit the store for dishes other than meat. For the first time in the cafe, wrap sandwiches using "tofu", hearty salads, and juices using nutritious root vegetables "beets" called "eating blood" will be prepared.

The lineup consists of 6 foods and 2 drinks that are finished without using any meat. All of them were developed with inspiration from various food cultures around the world.

Among them, the menus of interest are as follows.

● Quinoa burger (1,980 yen / tax not included, same below)

"Meatless" patties made from a combination of millet quinoa, red onion, cheddar cheese, pecan nuts, barley, and bread crumbs, which are attracting attention as "superfoods," with tomatoes, baby leaves, and grilled onions. Layered and sanded with buns. Hummus is also attached to Patty as a binder.

Patty has a soft mouthfeel that crumbles, but has a chewy texture, and the umami from various vegetables spreads throughout the mouth. It's a very satisfying dish that you can't imagine not using meat.

● Black Bean Wrap (1,480 yen)
