Big Boy "Cajun Fair"

At the Big Boy and Victoria Station, the "Cajun Fair" will be held from April 8th, with the soul food "Cajun cuisine" from the southern United States. Scheduled to end sales in mid-May.

The original Cajun sauce has a deep taste that combines 10 kinds of spices such as celery seed, onion powder, paprika powder, and all spices with tomato sauce. The hamburger steak with umami spiciness and fragrance is soft, and the skin enhances the deliciousness of crispy and juicy direct-fired chicken.

For the one-plate menu, you can change the rice to jambalaya for an additional 150 yen (excluding tax). You can enjoy a more authentic taste with the spiciness of habanero mayonnaise and jalapeno in Cajun sauce with a mellow spice. Sweet and sour pickles (red onions) prepared in the store are attached to the plate, perfect for a spicy Cajun dish with chopsticks rest.
