Ginger here and there

Each grain of fat is fluffy and the texture is smooth. The more you chew, the more mellow the chicken taste will exude. Ginger's crispy texture and refreshing spiciness are accented.

The spiciness of ginger tightens the mellow chicken flavor

◆ Chicken is moist and thick

The chicken is moist and tender, and the juicy umami and saltiness go well with the thick, sweet and spicy sauce. This sauce is said to be a combination of Chinese soy sauce and Sea Udam (rich soy sauce made from soybeans). It has a faint sour taste and is appetizing!

Simple but voluminous!

The cucumbers and tomatoes laid under the chicken also change the taste and texture. If you sprinkle it with coriander topping and chili sauce attached separately if you like, the scent of herbs and spicy sauce will fill your mouth with an ethnic taste ...

Garlic works reasonably well

It seems that the cooks of Seijo Ishii developed this product by inspecting a number of local food stalls and restaurants in Singapore. It was a full-fledged finish. Still, it is a good impression that the two kinds of soy sauce are combined and devised to bring them to the seasoning that Japanese people like. If you like ethnicity, please give it a try!
