Rare king salmon for 100 yen!
Rare "raw king salmon" from New Zealand will be on sale in limited quantities from January 18th at each Akindo Sushiro store. The price is 100 yen (excluding tax, the price is different at SUSHIRO Minamiikebukuro store).
The "best" king salmon that will be offered for the first time in the history of Sushiro. King salmon cultivated in New Zealand's "extremely natural environment" is said to be thick and full of umami. If you eat a bite, the taste will spread to your mouth.
