MONTEUR "Two-layered espresso dorayaki"
A delicious combination of red bean paste and coffee

From the Western confectionery maker "Monterre", three products such as "Two-layered espresso dorayaki" in collaboration with Doutor Coffee are now available. It will be on sale for a limited time from January 4th to 31st, 2017.

The two-layered espresso dorayaki is a raw dorayaki made with flavorful bean paste from Hokkaido and Doutor coffee. It seems that "Coffee Anko" was developed by adding coffee extract to the bean paste so that the taste of coffee and bean paste will be enhanced.

Add fresh cream to the milk cream to match this to give it a rich taste. The soft and elastic texture of the dough gives it a moderately salty taste, which makes the aroma of coffee and the richness of the bean paste stand out more.

"Two-layered espresso eclair" will also be on sale (excluding Hokkaido).

The price is 129 yen (tax included, 167 yen only in Okinawa).
