At Doutor Coffee Shop, foods including two types of "stick shoes" will be released on October 1st.

"Stick shoe" is a stick-type cream puff that rebakes the choux pastry for each order. You can enjoy the crispy texture and aroma of the choux pastry. Two types are available: "Custard", which is rich and has a good mouthfeel, and "Chocolat", which is bitter with Ghanaian cocoa mass. It uses custard and chocolate cream for a little bit, so it doesn't drip easily and you can easily eat it with one hand. The price is 232 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Calzone colorful vegetables and chicken Margherita" is a hand-wrapped pizza with plenty of ingredients in a chewy dough made from fragrant wheat. Chicken and black olives, semi-dried tomatoes, basil paste, colorful caponata sauce with 5 kinds of vegetables, domestic mozzarella cheese and Italian grana padano are sandwiched. The price is 334 yen.


"Carzone Mutsu Bay Scallops and Shrimp Bisque" is a sandwich of Aomori Prefecture Mutsu Bay scallops, shrimp, bisque sauce, spinach and shredded cheese. The taste of seafood spreads in your mouth. The price is 334 yen.


"Strawberry and raspberry mille crêpes" is a cake sandwiched between a sweet and sour sauce that combines strawberry puree and raspberry puree with milk crepes. Finish with a napage containing raspberry juice. The price is 380 yen.


"Baked cheesecake" is a smooth and rich cheesecake made from Hokkaido cream cheese. Accented with fragrant graham cookie dough with cranberries and sesame seeds laid on the bottom. The price is 380 yen.


"Chocolate mousse" is a cake that uses 95% of Belgian chocolate (percentage of total chocolate). A soft chocolate sponge and a soft chocolate mousse are layered. A bitter taste with a scent of cacao. The price is 380 yen.
