The collaboration product "Doutor Espresso & Milk Cream Puff" from the Western confectionery brand "Monterre" and the cafe chain "Doutor Coffee" will be on sale from July 1st to July 31st (excluding Hokkaido). The estimated price is 129 yen (162 yen / tax included in Okinawa prefecture, the same applies below).

This cream puff is inspired by the taste of the dessert "Affogato", which is made by pouring bittersweet espresso into cold vanilla ice cream. In addition to milk cream, the choux pastry contains the original "espresso paste" jointly developed by Monteur and Doutor Coffee.

Milk cream expresses the taste of cold vanilla ice cream by combining homemade custard with whipped cream with a stronger "tamago feeling" and Western liquor with a refreshing taste. On the other hand, espresso paste is said to have condensed the strong bitterness and sharp flavor of coffee.


In addition, "Doutor Espresso & Milk Crepe" (estimated price 140 yen), which is the image of Affogato, "Doutor Cafe Chocolat Eclair" (129 yen), which is the image of the popular cafe mocha in Doutor Coffee, and "Doutor Cafe Chocolat" "Purin" (216 yen) will also be released at the same time (excluding some areas).
