"Camembert cheese souffle" was released by Yamazaki Baking on December 19th at each 7-ELEVEN store. The price is 298 yen (tax included).

This is a cake made by layering cheese souffle dough using Camembert cheese from Hokkaido on the base of sponge dough. Apricot jam is topped.



When you bring it to your mouth, the souffle dough melts gently and melts smoothly on your tongue, spreading the refreshing acidity and richness of the cheese. The refreshing lemon scent and the sweet and sour apricot flavor come out of the mouth.
