OBM burger is a rich burger that "cheeks a Christmas menu with a bite". They sandwich the ingredients and menus that are often eaten at Christmas and winter parties.

The base is coarsely ground beef patty that has been aged at ice temperature. This is combined with the party's classic menu "Soft Shell Shrimp", Maribo cheese, and winter vegetables such as broccoli and trebis, and finished with an Omar bisque sauce inspired by bisque soup.

The menu name "OBM" is said to be derived from the acronyms "Omar bisque sauce," "broccoli," and "maribo cheese."
