Red Lobster opened its first restaurant in the U.S. in 1968, and entered the Japanese market in 1982. In this fair, the menu items that have been sold in Japan for the past 40 years will be divided into 10-year increments, and the selected items will be reprinted in a total of four times.

The first one, "80's", will feature two of the most talked about dishes from the 1980's, when Red Lobster first landed in Japan: "Fried Alligator" and "Spiny Lobster Singapore Style", which will be recreated with the same price, taste and appearance as they were back then.
