On November 11th, the Genghis Khan specialty store "Genghis Khan Yoichi", where you can enjoy the combination of "Genghis Khan x Pakuchi", will open its second store in Gotanda West Exit, Tokyo, following the Shibuya Dogenzaka store.

The lamb meat offered at the store has the original rich flavor of sheep, and is a “deep-tasting lamb” with a firm fat content. It is said that lamb meat less than one year old is dry-aged (aged) in Australia, where it is produced, and the taste is condensed by removing excess water. It goes well with topping coriander.
