Yakiniku Like will offer a limited-time Spring Lamb menu, flown in from Australia, starting April 29. The menu includes "Spring Lamb Jingisukan Set," "Spring Lamb & Top Loin & Harami Set," "Spring Lamb & Beef Kalbi & Pork Kalbi & Beef Hormone Set," "Spring Lamb by itself," and "Vegetables (cabbage + onions)."
Yakiniku Like Spring Lamb
Chilled lamb, which was sold for a limited time in May 2021 and was well-received for its "no smell" and "tender and delicious" taste, is again on sale for a limited time this year. Lamb is the meat of sheep less than one year old and has little odor, and among them, spring lamb is lamb raised on grass during the most nutritious time of the year. The meat is surprisingly tender. In order to ensure that the original flavor of the meat can be tasted, we have again insisted on "chilled (completely unfrozen)" lamb.
The product list is as follows. The meat is cut into thick slices and seasoned simply with salt and pepper. Add Bell Foods' "Seikishikan Sweat Sauce" or any other sauce you may have on hand. Limited quantities available at stores, and will end when sold out. Prices include tax.
