"Meat Tama Ankake Udon" will be released on November 2nd at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). Limited time until mid-January 2017. The price is average 590 yen and large 690 yen, both including tax.
A dish with plenty of sweet and spicy beef on top of an egg ankake that is based on kake udon soup stock. After receiving the order, the egg is cracked and served in a hot state mixed with the sauce. Eggs have large grains and are often entwined with noodles. You can add grated ginger to taste if you like.
