Bourbon will release winter limited products "white truffle chocolate" and "black truffle chocolate" on October 25th. Each contains 60g (2.12oz), and the estimated price is 210 yen each (excluding tax).

This is a "raw chocolate truffle" that makes use of the company's unique truffle chocolate manufacturing technology. It was developed for people who "want something that is a little expensive but delicious".

White truffle chocolate is a large milk chocolate with a lot of milky raw chocolate trapped inside. The surface is sprinkled with white powder to finish. The chocolate on the outside is thin, and you can enjoy a smooth mouthfeel and a rich taste.
