Azumi "Boso Jibie Inosoba"

At the standing eating soba shop "Azumi", a limited-time menu "Boso Jibie Inosoba" using wild boar meat from "Boso Jibie" will be offered from November 1st.

The wild boar meat is made into a "sukiyaki style" and placed on the buckwheat noodles along with the perilla tempura and eggs. Supervised by Norihiko Fujiki, Chairman of the Japan Jibie Promotion Council and owner chef of Auberge Espoir.

The price is 680 yen (tax included). It will end as soon as it runs out.
