The burger uses venison that has been properly processed at a factory that meets the standards of the "Domestic Ghibier Certification" system established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.

The "Ghibier Venison Burger (Spicy Ragout Sauce)" is a menu item featuring a venison hamburger patty made with approximately 60% venison, which is said to be higher in protein, lower in calories, and richer in iron than beef or pork. This patty is combined with a spicy ragout sauce made by slow-cooking wild boar meat with more than 15 spices and tomato sauce, and sandwiched between a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions, etc. The patty is served on two buns.

A "Double Gibier Venison Burger (Spicy Ragout Sauce)" with two layers of venison hamburger patties will also be available at the same time.
