Plenty of Montblanc cream
The new sweet "Ano Imo Mont Blanc-Mariage-" is on sale from Otaru Western Confectionery LeTAO until October 31st. The price is 2,700 yen (tax included).
This is a baked cheesecake made from "Phantom Anno potato" produced by Tanegashima, "Anno Beni", baked potatoes, made into a paste, and combined with cream cheese. It is said that custard cream and Anno potatoes with a remaining texture are put inside, and a generous amount of Mont Blanc cream with roasted sweet potato paste is sprinkled on top.
