At the Good Morning Table, a pure white "milk cake" is on sale from March 25th. The size is about 12 cm in diameter and the price is 1,944 yen (tax included, same below).

Good Morning Table is a brand produced by KCC, which operates the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. We are developing sweets that make the best use of the goodness of materials unique to Hokkaido and use the simplest materials as luxuriously as possible.


"Miruku cake" is a "white milk cake" cake reminiscent of the northern land. Hokkaido milk and Hokkaido mascarpone are added to a two-layer milk mousse that melts in the mouth to create a refreshing sweetness. On top of that, a milk sauce based on Hokkaido milk and fresh cream with rich white chocolate is topped.

Standard products

"Cream burger" is the most beloved and popular product since its opening. Mascarpone is added to the cream produced in Hokkaido as a secret ingredient, and a rich milk jam made from Tokachi jersey milk is sandwiched. The price is 401 yen.


"Cream burger strawberry" is a whipped cream burger topped with strawberries with a moderate acidity. Rich milk jam further enhances the deliciousness of the royal road cream and strawberries. The price is 471 yen.


"Fresh cream burger bean paste" is a brilliant sandwich of fresh cream burger with red bean paste and thick-sliced butter from Tokachi, Hokkaido. The price is 421 yen.
