This is a rich cheesecake that is a "more luxurious evolution" of Seijo Ishii's signature product "Premium Cheesecake". Including Tamba chestnut and Uji matcha, Japanese ingredients such as Tamba black soybeans and Kyoto white Tamba are combined to create a "richer taste than ever before".
The base pound dough is moisturized with fresh cream made from raw milk from Hokkaido. Also, in order to make the best use of the astringency and flavor of Uji matcha, "kibi sugar" is used to bring out the simple sweetness.
Kanro-ni of Tanba chestnut is put on this, and the cheesecake dough with plenty of Uji matcha, Tanba black beans, and Kyoto white Tanba is squeezed to finish. Furthermore, the top surface is topped with chestnut cream using Tanba chestnut. You can enjoy the fluffy scent of Uji matcha, the elegant sweetness of large beans and chestnuts, and the harmony of moist and rich cheesecake.
