The new pancake "Mont Blanc" is being offered from September 1st at the cafe-equipped shop "Doremo LeTAO" (Chitose, Hokkaido) at the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax).

This is a pancake with homemade vanilla ice cream and marron cream on a dough that melts like snow. Japanese chestnuts from Miyazaki prefecture and Western chestnuts from France are used for the marron cream, and you can enjoy the rich taste of chestnuts and the smooth melting of the mouth. Cassis sauce is attached separately.
