The new autumn "Imofuwa Cheesecake" will be released on September 7th at each pastry shop Criolo and online shop. Pre-sale will start on August 31st at Nagoya Takashimaya. The price is 1,620 yen (tax included).

This is a cheesecake made from Kintoki from Tokushima prefecture and Aya purple potato paste from southern Kyushu. The top is topped with diced sweet potatoes. You can enjoy the light melting of the meringue with plenty of meringue and the taste of solid cheese and sweet potatoes. If you heat it in the microwave for a while, it will have a new texture of "fluffy toro" that looks like freshly baked souffle.
