Haagen-Dazs ice cream is popular for its rich flavor and rich taste. The summer limited shop "Haagen-Dazs SUMMER TERRACE", which offers original sweets using such Haagen-Dazs, will open in Daikanyama, Tokyo on July 21st.

The concept of the shop is "Haagen-Dazs SUMMER Sweets-Enjoy the hot summer with summer sweets using Haagen-Dazs ice cream." What kind of "summer sweets" is Haagen-Dazs, which is delicious as it is, transformed into? I've been tasting it for a while at the preview.

The place is the cafe "Sign daikanyama" right in front of Daikanyama station. The summer terrace, which is based on cool blue in both exterior and interior, is designed with the image of southern France. There is a feeling of openness, and you can enjoy the feeling of a resort while staying in the city.


The menu includes eight original items that were jointly developed with the chef of Sign Daikanyama. There are 3 new sensation sweets that combine granita (frozen dessert) and Haagen-Dazs (880 yen each, excluding tax, the same applies below), 2 plate menus with Haagen-Dazs sandwiched between croissants (1,080 yen each), and 3 original shakes (480 yen each). Will be provided.

Plate menu

"Mixed berry croissant ice cream sand" with mixed berries such as strawberries and raspberries and chocolate brownie ice sandwiched between croissants. The croissant used is from "Maison Kaiser".


The best match is the crispy croissant with butter and rich chocolate ice cream. The sourness of the berries accentuates the product, making it not only sweet but also elegant. You can enjoy a richer taste by adding a little honey cream cheese to the plate.

After a while, the melted ice cream soaked into the croissant, which is also delicious. When you chew a croissant, the ice cream overflows and fills your mouth with happiness.

Passion fruit granita

Granita of passion fruit and mint is topped with macadamia nut ice cream and grapefruit. Macademia nut ice cream is creamy and rich, while passion fruit and mint granita have a refreshing and refreshing taste. When these are combined, the "richness" and "freshness" that should be contradictory are perfectly harmonized and the deliciousness of the impression! !! The colorful and fresh grapefruit makes the sweets look and taste even more summery.


Not only macadamia nuts, but also pistachios scattered throughout are an accent to the texture. You can enjoy various textures such as crispy granita, smooth ice cream, and crispy nuts.
