Cheese tart from Lawson!
The new sweet "Pure Cheese Tart" will be released on June 28th at each Lawson store. The price is 158 yen (tax included).
Pure cheese tart is made from three types of cheese: Camembert cheese from Hanabatake farm, cream cheese, and Gouda cheese from the Netherlands, and is finished with as few additives as possible. Of the raw materials, two types of cheese, fermented milk, raw milk, cream, flour, and sugar are from Hokkaido.
Normally, chilled products such as original desserts are manufactured by delivering raw materials to factories in each region, but all of these products are said to be manufactured and shipped at the Hanabatake Farm factory in Hokkaido.
