Three sweets using Hokkaido pumpkin are now available at Ginza KOJI CORNER's fresh cake stores. The "Hokkaido Pumpkin Tart," "Jumbo Cream Puff (Hokkaido pumpkin)," and "Hokkaido Ebisu Pumpkin Cheese Souffle" will be available for a limited time starting September 1.

This seasonal tart brings out the sweetness and chewy texture of "Kuri Yutaka" pumpkin from Hokkaido. The pumpkin dough with a hint of cinnamon is layered with whipped cream and topped with a caramel sauce. The cream and caramel enhance the appeal of "Kuri Yutaka". The price is 496 yen (tax included). The product will be on sale from September 1 to around November 30.

Jumbo Cream Puff (Hokkaido Pumpkin)

This seasonal jumbo cream puff uses "Kuri Yutaka" pumpkin produced in Hokkaido. The puff pastry is filled with "kabocha custard" that brings out the rich sweetness of Kuri Yutaka. The combination of the kabocha custard and puff pastry skin is a charming combination. The price is 194 yen. The product will be on sale from September 1 to October 31.

Hokkaido Ebisu Pumpkin Cheese Souffle

The secret of its deliciousness is its "moist and fluffy" texture. This seasonal cheese soufflé has the added flavor of Hokkaido's Ebisu pumpkin. The gentle sweetness of Ebisu pumpkin spreads with the soufflé's unique soft and chewy texture. The price is 702 yen. Available from September 1 to October 31.
