A new flavor "Sicilian salt caramel" is on sale from April 26th from the gelato specialty store "Mario Gelateria".

This product is a gelato made by slightly salting homemade charred caramel with Sicilian sea salt. The spicy and refreshing taste of salt enhances the sweetness of gelato.
