Takano Foods of "Okame Natto" has released a shocking product and has become a hot topic. Its name is "Berry Berry Natto" . Who is "natto with berry sauce" ...! I came across a surprised product that I hesitated to buy for the first time in a long time. This is an incident.

A package with strawberries drawn on a gorgeous pink base, which is not like Okame Natto (although there is an Okame mark). It seems to be a limited-time product with "three berry sauces of strawberry, blueberry and cranberry".

It says "a new sensation to match with bread", so I bought French bread as well. Cook rice and you're ready to go! Let's take the courage to eat it.

Natto and sauce in the pack (for convenience, we will call it berry sauce in this article). When I put it out in a white bowl ... Isn't the sweet scent with a fruity taste that doesn't look like natto sauce? It looks a little pinkish and is full of things that are not just things.

When I licked it, the first thing I experienced was the usual taste of sauce. But later I feel a fluffy sweet scent. I found the characters "strawberry juice," "cranberry juice," and "blueberry juice" in the raw material column, which retains the "seasoning of side dishes." It's scary that the juice is in it properly.

It wasn't as sweet as I imagined, but it's sweet because it has a scent. When I think about mixing this with natto, I even remember some sadness ... how better it was to mix it with natto !! No, really.

When I mixed it, I only had the feeling that I had done it.

The scent of berry sauce seems to be a fight with the smell of natto, but it is not strange. Does it match the original sweetness of soybeans? Although a little sweetness remains afterwards, the soup stock and soy sauce are stronger and do not have the sweetness that makes them desserts. It's not bad at all.

Now, let's start the verification of "rice VS bread". In conclusion, it is definitely better to combine it with bread than rice .

When eaten with rice, it's good at first, but the aftertaste doesn't look right. I feel that it doesn't match the sweetness of rice. Is it an image of rice with a low-sweetness strawberry jam (although I have never done it)?

On the other hand, when placed on bread, it is quite delicious, whether it has a good balance of saltiness and sweetness, or whether it complements each other like "butter + jam". If you put it together, it's definitely bread rather than rice. It looks delicious even if you put it on toast.

Since it's a big deal, I also made the "bruschetta" that was written on the package. Simply apply butter and add natto, mayonnaise and tomatoes. This is highly recommended! The richness of mayonnaise goes well with the slight sweetness. Cheese looks good too.

After confirming with the manufacturer Takano Foods, it was released on April 12th for a limited number of 400,000 meals. Available only at AEON Group stores nationwide. However, when the En-eating editorial department searched for it, it was found in Maxvalu, but I could not find it in My Basket.

The shocking berry berry natto, ant or pear, is definitely "ant". The world of natto has expanded. But what if I was asked "Would you like to buy another pack?" To be honest, I don't feel like buying it. I like toast made from ordinary okame natto.

Anyway, if you are lucky enough to come across it, give it a try. If you try it and it turns out to be "pear" ... don't worry, it's normal natto if you don't mix it with "berry sauce"!
