Hokkaido Smooth 3 types of cheese pie is a combination of cheese dough and pie dough using 3 types of Hokkaido cheese (cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese). You can enjoy the rich taste of cheese dough and the crispy texture of puff pastry.

Double cheesecake-with maple-is a whole-sized cheesecake made by layering rare cheese mousse on souffle cheesecake and sprinkling it with crushed puff pastry. Danish cream cheese is used for the souffle cheesecake. If you sprinkle the attached Canadian maple syrup, the cheese flavor will be even more pronounced.
