Mazesoba is a menu that was inspired by "Taiwan Mazesoba". The feature is that there is no juice, and it is finished by combining thick champon noodles with soy sauce soup with a well-balanced spice vegetable and meat miso.

The meat miso is mixed with domestically produced pressed barley, and it is said that "Hua Jiao", which has a refreshing scent and a stimulating stimulus that makes the tongue numb, is slightly effective. You can also enjoy it as "mixed rice" by topping the remaining sauce with rice or hot eggs sold separately.
