Marugame Seimen "Champon Udon"

"Champon Udon" will be on sale from October 19th to early December at Marugame Seimen. At some stores, "Tantan Maze Kamatama Udon", which has an appetizing scent of black mar oil and Japanese pepper, is also on sale at the same time.

Champon udon

This is an in-store limited product in which freshly boiled and chewy udon noodles, colorful ingredients, and champon dashi are intertwined. There are eight kinds of colorful ingredients: pork, cabbage, carrots, corn, fried fish cakes, onions, kamaboko, and chopped green onions. By combining the ingredients with champon dashi after ordering, you can bring out the original sweetness and umami of the vegetables.

Marugame Seimen "Champon Udon"

Champon dashi made with pork bones is a white soup stock made from Hokkaido kelp and carefully selected dried bonito flakes. The rich pork bone soup is combined to make a delicious soup stock.

Tantan mixed kamatama udon

An appetizing product with the scent of black mar oil and Japanese pepper. On top of the chewy noodles scooped directly from the boiled pot, a rich Japanese-style scallions are sprinkled on top, and you can enjoy the spiciness that permeates slowly from the moment you put it in your mouth. Served with white onion, chopped seaweed, spicy bonito powder, and hot spring egg. The more you mix it, the more udon, ingredients, and sardines will come together, and the more delicious it will be.
