This is a winter-only dessert where you can enjoy a four-layered chocolate cake and warm fruit syrup at the same time. The chocolate cake is made by layering a tart dough that combines walnuts, dates, coconut, cocoa, and honey with a rich chocolate pudding that uses two types of chocolate and a sponge with a scent of cacao.

The attached fruit syrup is made by adding cacao nibs to five kinds of fruits (strawberry, orange, banana, kiwi, dark cherry) that go well with chocolate. If you eat it over a cold cake, it will turn into a smoother mouthfeel.
