This is an ice cake made into cold sweets that goes well with black tea, with the image of the popular "fruit sandwich". Raspberries and mango are mixed with cream cheese and chocolate marble Danish and frozen to make a bite-sized cube. Served in a parfait glass with juicy white peach and sweet and sour raspberry sauce.
