The store offers dishes using domestic ducks bred on farms such as Kyoto. The signature menu is "duck soba" during the day and "duck shabu-shabu" at night.

For duck soba, you can choose from "thin noodles" that are smooth to the throat and "flat noodles" that are chewy. It is topped with greasy duck meat and brown onions, combined with a soup stock. The price is 1,200 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

In addition, "Duck Curry Nanban Soba" and "Seiro Soba", "Sudachi Bukkake Soba" and "Goma Tantan Bukkake Soba" where you can enjoy soba in a new style are also available.

On the other hand, the duck shabu-shabu is a menu where you can enjoy the soft taste of duck meat by passing it through "Kyoto Dashi" which is ground with kelp. You can enjoy the rich and rich flavor of the melting duck meat straight. The price is 2,200 yen per person.
