(Kyoto-style udon noodle) Nakau is now selling "Kamo-soba (ordinary)," "Kitsune-soba (ordinary)," and "Beef-soba (ordinary)," made with authentic "Nihachi-soba," which has a smooth texture and a smooth texture that is perfect for New Year's Eve.

The best-selling "Kamo-soba" is a product that allows you to savor the full flavor of duck. Three types of duck meat are served on top of the soba noodles: firm meat, tender thigh meat, and tsukune, which is full of flavor. The warm soba noodles are served with fluffy fried bean curd, green onions, and fragrant yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit).

Also available are "Kitsune Soba," which boasts soft and juicy Kansai-style "Oage" (fried bean curd), and "Beef Soba," in which the delicious flavor of beef is infused into the soba broth.

Nakau also offers soba to-go. The To go containers are made separately for soba and soba broth to prevent the noodles from sticking, and can also be heated in a microwave oven. Reservations via the official Nakau app are recommended.
