Lawson will start selling "2012 Oden" at once. It seems that this year's oden has been devised with "materials" and "tsuyu".
We were particular about the "material" of the popular egg. The white-shelled "iodine egg / light" developed for oden has a rich yolk and a crispy texture on the white.

For the soup stock of "tsuyu", we use dried bonito from Yaizu, which is three times as much as last year. It seems that it is richly finished with kelp heated by the far infrared method.
In addition, we have added a variety of menus such as "juicy stewed hamburger steak" and "grilled rice balls (with five grains)", and it seems that the way to enjoy oden will expand further this year. It will be on sale at Lawson stores nationwide from August 14th.
