The event "Melonpan Festival 2014", where "Melonpan" from all over the country gathers, will be held on August 9th in Ikebukuro, Tokyo for one day only.


Melonpan Festival 2014 is an event sponsored by Megumi Hirai, a third-year student at Senshu University. In addition to selling melon bread ordered from all over the country, an exhibition space will be set up to introduce the history of melon bread and new ways to eat melon bread, and a quiz rally will be held to win limited goods of the event by lottery. , "You can enjoy melon bread with 5 feelings" content is prepared.

All proceeds from the event, excluding expenses, will be donated to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which is also known as the "worst conflict area in the world."
