"Melonpan Festival 2017 in TOKYO", the "largest melonpan festival in Japan", will be held on May 5th and 6th at the 2nd floor gymnasium of 3331 Arts Chiyoda (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). Conducted for the first two days.

The Melonpan Festival is an event where melonpans from all over the country come together. A total of about 40 types of melon bread will be prepared, including more than 10 types of plain melon bread, as well as "unusual varieties" such as curry melon bread and cabbage melon bread.

In addition, a limited number of "Quattro Formage Melonpan", a collaboration product with the handmade bakery "Bonjour Bonn", is also available. The sweetness and saltiness of the rich cheese, which is a fusion of gentle sweetness, seems to be addictive.

To participate in the event, you need to apply for a timed admission ticket (free of charge) from the dedicated site. A separate purchase price for bread will be required on the day of the event.

The event venue is located at 3331 Arts Chiyoda 2F Gymnasium, 6-11-14 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The holding time is from 13:00 to 18:00 (last admission 17:45). However, since the quantity of various breads is limited, it will end as soon as it runs out.
