A new style steak restaurant, "Rogama Steak Brick," opened in Shibuya, Tokyo on June 17, when the meat is baked.

The store is a new style steak shop where all customers share about 6 kg of Wagyu beef chunks that are baked in a custom-made brick kiln that takes about 5 hours or more every day.

By roasting the meat in chunks for each part, the "condensed and mellow taste" is brought out, and you can enjoy the special taste.

A reservation is required from 18:00 to 19:30. The menu is only a course meal (6,800 yen excluding tax) that mainly consists of "lump meat" that is baked on time (around 19:40). In addition, additional orders can be made upon request.

After 21:00, you can order either course or a la carte. It seems that you can enjoy dishes that suit your taste along with Italian wine. Seats can be prepared without prior reservation, but if you call before coming to the store, you will be guided smoothly.

The store is located on the 1st floor of Seikou Building, 1-6-4 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 18:00 to 24:00 (last order 23:30).
