At each Lawson store, "Genkotsu Croquette" using Hokkaido potato "Kita Akari" will be released on June 3rd. The price is 135 yen (tax included).


Kita Akari is a rare variety with a planted area of about 2% of all potatoes. It is characterized by its deep yellow flesh, chestnut-like sweetness and flavor, and a smooth texture.

The "Genkotsu Croquette" to be released this time is the "highest quality" croquette in Lawson's history, using 100% Kita Akari that has been thoroughly aged at low temperature to bring out the sweetness and aroma. There is a large chunk of potatoes inside, and you can enjoy the texture.
