Hotto Motto: Winter Western Food Fair Vol. 1

As the first installment of the Winter Western Food Fair, "Crab Cream Croquette Bento" and "Chicken Katsu & Shoga-yaki Bento" will be available at Hotto Motto from December 1, 2012. In addition, "Family Western Style Plate" filled with popular Western-style dishes will also be available.

Crab Cream Croquette

The crab cream croquette is made with smooth, melt-in-your-mouth bechamel sauce and Japanese red snow crab meat, and the crispy batter is filled with thick crab cream. Katsu & Shoga-yaki Bento

combines two "chicken cutlets" with a light and crispy batter, juicy and full of meaty flavor, and Hottentotto's popular "Shoga-yaki" made by frying tender pork belly and onions and mixing them with a soy sauce-based sauce that takes advantage of the sweetness of apples. The combination is a hearty and satisfying dish. A hearty combination. The price is 520 yen.

Family Western-style

plate: A plate featuring Western-style dishes that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike, such as crab cream croquettes, cut steaks, and hamburgers. It is perfect for home parties as well as everyday side dishes.
