This product is an upgraded version of "Kanmon Uniman", which was devised as a creative menu of the izakaya "Kaimon" in Moji Port, Fukuoka.
The conventional bean paste was a "hanpen" -like mixture of "kneaded sea urchin" with fish meat and yam, but this product uses rice flour, rice oil, and soy milk in a Japanese-style white cream and sea urchin. It is said that bean paste mixed with paste and dried sea urchin is used. The moment you put it in your mouth, the mellow scent of sea urchin is finished in a bean paste that goes through your nose, and it seems to be delicious if you eat it while putting it on the torn skin.
